My name is Robbie Alexander and I have been in the role of Chef / Catering Supervisor at Food for Thought Catering and Food for Thought Cafeteria at Latrobe University Bendigo campus since early 1995. During this time I have enjoyed exceptional service and support from Cadell Foodservice. I am constantly approached by Cadell’s competition who attempt to secure our accounts due to the high volume of our requirements throughout the academic year. The reality is that Cadell’s pricing, availability and vast range of products combined with exceptional service ensures that I do not have any reason to consider changing suppliers.
35 years in catering and hospitality has taught me that value of good service and supply of a large range of ingredients far outweighs the benefit of “specials” on inferior products and obscure brands. Cadell Foodservice have the knowledge, resources, competitive pricing and most of all great service to ensure that Food for Thought Catering and Food for Thought Cafeteria has the quality supplies to meet our demands. A busy and vibrant campus can mean we are often required to provide catering for large numbers at relatively short notice and Cadell foodservice have always supported us with ad hoc deliveries to meet our needs.
With warehouses in Echuca and Melbourne we can service a large area of Victoria and southern NSW.
